That means: You have to place your order at least 24h hours in advance! ‘Cause under the special direction of Senor Ugalde all toppings (except the cheese) are put into secret marinades for one day and one night – until the flavours unfolded perfectly. Then the toppings are placed immediately on the dough before this work of art is going to be baked in a wooden fire oven. This unique method guarantees an outstanding experience of amazing taste that truly is one of a kind. Senor Ugalde is rightly famous for his pizza creations.
